Right of Withdrawal

Effective Date: 16.07.2026

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

If you ordered several goods as part of one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email, letter or submitted form.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided reliable evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Customers outside the European Union may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or similar fees that are not refundable by NIGHTMOUR.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded in the cases provided by applicable law, including goods that are clearly personalised or manufactured according to the consumer's individual specifications.

The right of withdrawal may also be excluded for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please observe the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within the applicable statutory withdrawal period.

  • Returned items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free from stains, odours, pet hair, or any other signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

  • All original labels and tags should remain attached where possible.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging or other suitable protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  • Please do not send returns directly to our production partner. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided by NIGHTMOUR.

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed using the original payment method within the time required by applicable law.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Please note that returns which do not meet these conditions may be refused or may be subject to a reduction in the refundable amount where permitted by applicable law.
