  • We ship to most countries worldwide. Within the EU, we currently ship to Germany and the Netherlands due to country-specific packaging regulations. Countries outside the EU are not affected.

  • Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Wash inside out with similar colours at 30°C. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly on embroidery. Always follow the care label attached to the garment.

  • Every NIGHTMOUR piece is made on demand. Producing only what is ordered allows us to avoid overproduction and focus on quality rather than quantity. It’s also better for the environment that way.

  • Each piece is made to order to reduce overproduction and ensure the highest quality.

    Orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.

    Shipping times vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

    • United States: 3–6 business days

    • Europe: 5–10 business days

    • United Kingdom: 2-4 business days

    • Canada: 2 business days

    • Australia and New Zealand: 2-7 business days

  • Our garments follow US sizing.

    For European customers, we generally recommend ordering one size down. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before purchasing.

  • Our garments are produced through trusted manufacturing partners and embroidered or printed after your order is placed. This helps reduce unnecessary waste while maintaining high production standards.

  • If your order has not yet entered production, we'll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

  • Our collections are released in limited quantities. While some pieces may return, we cannot guarantee that a product or size will be restocked once it sells out.
